Wii - USB loader to backup and boot games from a USB drive
There's a way to backup games and boot games from a USB drive for Wii!
You need the Homebrew Channel Installed, v1.1+IOS rev 9 in a pack and the original IOS36-64-v1042.wad file. It rips the Wii disc to the USB drive. Google for it or search the normal forums. Let me know how you get on. I have to get around to trying it. Good Luck.

You must have homebrew loaded and working.
Download the file pack "apps.rar" Search for and find "IOS36-64-v1042.wad". Extract the contents of apps.rar to the root of sd card. Copy IOS36-64-v1042.wad to the root of the sd card eg "E:\" Run Homebrew Channel. Select IOS Installer and select install. This install CIOS36 rev9 (Needed to use the loader) Reboot, Connect usb drive or USB HD and then run usb Loader 1.1. To load new game press "+" and confirm "A". Game should be backed up and in the list. Select game to play and confirm press "A". It should load. To delete a game from the list select "-" and confirm deletion press "A". They're the basics. Works well. Play around see what works for you. Some games don't work though. This should only be used for making backups of originals you own! Good Luck.

i just followed a tutorial on this site ***.wiihacks.com and softmodded my wii and just played my first backup all you need is a memory card

CIOS Files
CIOS updates - Needed for USB Support for USB Loader. rev9 stable(Included with apps.rar above), rev10 ok but still buggy, rev13b latest but buggy!!
CIOS36 rev10 needs "IOS36-64-v1042.wad" - Search for it! CIOS38 rev13b needs "IOS38-64-v3610.wad" - Search for it!

Unlocking USB Loader GX Ulock Code /Boxart Directory
USB Loader GX unlock Code is "ab121b"
To unlock completely, put in code and change code to blank. Boxart should be copied to sd in: "SD:/images/"
